What is an immersive interactive warm-up?
It is a follow-along movement adventure that turns a home warm-up into a game. Jump, duck, punch and react to on-screen actions as the story unfolds.
How do interactive workouts at home work?
Choose a MAXWARMUP Mission and open the video on our ImmersiveMAX YouTube channel. Follow the on-screen moves using a TV, tablet or other screen.
What is MAX SELECT?
MAX SELECT lets you choose a memorable, unique MAX ID number and create more teams with friends, family or colleagues.
Do I need gym equipment or a VR headset?
No gym equipment or VR headset is needed. Just a screen that plays YouTube and enough clear space to move comfortably.
What are Mission codes, MAX IDs and Flares?
Your unique MAX ID tracks your progress. Look for a Mission code during the video, then enter it in Burn to claim eligible Flares and take part in challenges.
How do I install the MAXWARMUP app?
Select Download App in the MAXWARMUP menu and follow the steps on your device. The installed web app keeps your Missions, MAX ID and Flares easy to access.
What makes the installed app family-friendly?
The installed experience focuses on Missions, progress, Flares and family teams. Shopping and payment screens are excluded. Workout videos open separately on YouTube.
Can children make purchases in the installed app?
No. The installed MAXWARMUP app has no Shop, checkout or in-app purchases. The regular website opened in a browser may have a separate Shop.
Does my child need to share their real name?
Public rankings identify players by a unique numeric MAX ID instead of a real name. Mission progress and Flares are saved against that ID; optional recovery details may also be provided.
Is every workout Mission suitable for children?
The app includes Missions selected for children and leaves out adventures we consider too scary or intense. As with other online media, we recommend adult supervision.
